Engineering Leadership & Agile Project Management Workshop Schedule

agile project management training

Overview

These public remote workshops are scheduled on a limited basis with Auxilium’s founder, Gary Hinkle, as the workshop leader. Gary has extensive real-world product development, agile project management, engineering leadership, consulting and training experience working with many companies from start-ups to large enterprises. He has led teams using agile methods on various project types including electronic instruments, medical devices, modular building construction, energy products, industrial equipment, remote sensing, computers and embedded systems. His training approach is unique and practical based on experience, not theory.

Workshop participants are enabled to quickly build competencies with hands-on learning via practice exercises, case studies, discussion topics and a facilitated implementation action plan.

Workshop Leader

Gary Hinkle is the founder and principal consultant at Auxilium. Since 2002, thousands of engineering leaders have benefitted from his workshops. As a consultant, Gary regularly serves in challenging interim leadership roles so that he continues to gain hands-on experience and improve as a product development leader.

His experience with both waterfall and agile methods led to his strong conviction that an agile way-of-working is almost always the best fit because of the dynamic nature of product development. Gary co-developed the Modified Agile for Hardware Development (MAHD) Framework and leverages MAHD elements in current practice.
